Superintendent — CommercialHouston or Dallas–Fort Worth · $110K–$140K + truck allowance

Run $10M–$50M ground-up and tilt-wall jobs start to finish: schedule, subs, safety and the owner relationship on the fence line.

  • — 10+ years running commercial work as the superintendent of record
  • — Tilt-wall experience strongly preferred; OSHA 30 required
  • — Comfortable owning a three-week look-ahead in front of the owner

Own budget, schedule, buyout and owner communication for two to three concurrent commercial projects.

  • — 5+ years as a PM with a commercial general contractor
  • — Fluent in Procore, Bluebeam and a monthly cost-projection cycle
  • — Track record of closing out jobs — retainage released, punch at zero

  • — Comfortable presenting numbers to owners and defending them
