Superintendent — CommercialHouston or Dallas–Fort Worth · $110K–$140K + truck allowance
Run $10M–$50M ground-up and tilt-wall jobs start to finish: schedule, subs, safety and the owner relationship on the fence line.
- — 10+ years running commercial work as the superintendent of record
- — Tilt-wall experience strongly preferred; OSHA 30 required
- — Comfortable owning a three-week look-ahead in front of the owner
Project ManagerHouston · $95K–$125K + bonus
Own budget, schedule, buyout and owner communication for two to three concurrent commercial projects.
- — 5+ years as a PM with a commercial general contractor
- — Fluent in Procore, Bluebeam and a monthly cost-projection cycle
- — Track record of closing out jobs — retainage released, punch at zero
Senior EstimatorHouston · $105K–$135K + bonus
Price work from napkin to GMP across tilt-wall, medical and industrial. You are the senior estimator our bid-response promise depends on.
- — 8+ years estimating for a commercial GC; self-perform concrete literacy
- — Design-build pursuit experience — you can price a drawing set that does not exist yet
- — Comfortable presenting numbers to owners and defending them
Field EngineerAny office · $68K–$82K
Layout, RFIs, submittals and as-builts under a senior superintendent. The fastest route in this company to running your own job.
- — Construction management or civil degree, or field-earned equivalent
- — Total-station layout competence; Bluebeam fluency
- — Willing to be on site at 6:30 with the crews
Skilled Craft — Concrete & CarpentryAll metros · $24–$34/hr, weekly pay
Formwork, place-and-finish and rough carpentry on our self-perform crews. Year-round work — our backlog does not take winters off.
- — 3+ years of commercial formwork or finish experience
- — Reliable transportation to sites within your metro
- — OSHA 10 (we pay for OSHA 30 in your first year)
